A dozen cars made the trip to Sacramento. Hotel accomodations were fantastic – The Embassy Suites near old town Sacramento. We got so comfortable there that we had our own table for morning breakfasts, and happy hour in the evening! Randy & Linda, along with Steve & Joanna, coordinated everything. Daily activities included driving to the delta for lunch on the river, road trip through the Napa valley , dinner at a Mexican restaurant in downtown Sacramento, touring the Chinese settlement where the original workers on the delta lived. Weather was fantastic – not too hot for Sacramento. Valets at the hotel were fantastic and made sure that our cars were secured and available when needed. More photos will follow.
