All I can say is: 19 cars; 4 days; coast run on one of the most picturesque roads one can find. Weather was perfect all 4 days. First night – Sea Otter Inn, Moonstone Beach, Cambria. After stops for lunch and a few pit stops, we arrived in Monterey at the Victorian Inn where we had dinner on the pier. On the route we got to see the various areas on Route 1 which were recently opened, but currently still being repaired. The third day we headed back south to Los Osos, at the Back Bay Inn. Dinner was planned, however due to the Dodgers game, we opted to go to a sports bar for pizza and whatever. We had our own room, and things worked out great. As is usually the case, the next morning saw folks leaving at various times – some driving straight back, some heading in other directions before returning home. A number of folks did an excellent job of planning and coordinating the run but rather than leave off any, we all thank them for one of the best club runs we’ve recently had.
