(Details Below) \nSpeed Ventures\nNovember 13\, 2021 @ 8:00am – 5:00pm\nTrack: 2.5 mile course \nCars on the 2.5 mile big track \nAdmission Details:\n15$ per person kids 8 and under are free \n\n\n\n\n\nGreetings Speed Ventures Drivers\,\n\nThank you for signing up for our event at Willow Springs International Raceway. Please read the following carefully to ensure that the event runs smoothly for everyone.\n\nAll drivers\, especially those new to Speed Ventures\, should be familiar with our General Regulations: https://www.speedventures.com/The-Line/SV-Driver-Orientation-Manual2021.pdf\n\nAll beginners should also read our Beginner Orientation Handbook which will help you prepare for your first track day: https://www.speedventures.com/The-Line/SpeedVenturesBeginnersHandbook2021In-Car.pdf\n\n1). PAYMENT: If you are paying by Pay Pal or check\, please make sure that your payment is received no later than 2 days after you sign up\, or you may lose your reservation. If you are planning to pay at the track\, you must get approval in advance.\n\n2). LOCATION: Willow Springs International Raceway is located at 3500 75th Street West in Rosamond\, CA. Take the Rosamond Blvd exit off the 14 freeway and proceed west for six miles until you reach the track entrance. Please note that there is a $15/person gate fee charged by the track for all entrants (including spectators).\n\n3). A PRINTED SCHEDULE will be emailed out a day or two before the event and provided at registration when you check-in. You should plan to show up at the track 60-90 minutes before your first meeting. This meeting is MANDATORY for all drivers unless you have received prior clearance to miss it. Check-in generally begins at 7:00am. Please come to registration first BEFORE unloading/prepping your car to be sure you do not potentially miss your first run session of the day!\n\n4). FOOD & DRINK: The snack bar will be open for breakfast and lunch.\n\n5). CAR NUMBERS: You must have car numbers\, at least 8″ tall\, located on both sides and either the front or back of your vehicle. This is mandatory for all drivers. You can make up a 3-digit number – we will notify you if it is in use by another driver at the track. If you do not have numbers or tape\, we will have tape available at the track which you can use.\n\n6). Either a TOW HOOK or some TOW POINT is highly recommended on the FRONT (and recommended on the REAR) of your car before going out on track. The important thing is that you have appropriate tow points figured out that we can hook on to in order to tow you off track. Please determine appropriate tow points – it is your responsibility and we will not be responsible for any damage done to your car. If you do not have a tow-point\, we will be forced to figure one out on the fly.\n\n7). TRANSPONDERS: If you forget to turn in your transponder at the conclusion of an event\, you will be responsible for shipping it back ASAP. See the FAQ section at http://www.speedventures.com/Faqs/Default.aspx for shipping instructions. In addition\, a $20 administration fee may be charged to process your return.\n\n8). The TECH FORM is a must-have at the event.
